ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE AND WATERMASTER SERVICE
Section 8.3 of the San Fernando Judgment established an Administrative Committee for the purpose of advising the Watermaster in the administration of his duties.
The Watermaster convenes meetings of the Administrative Committee several times per year to seek its advice, and to discuss issues relevant to managing the groundwater basins in ULARA. Each year the Administrative Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving the annual Watermaster Report, and the annual Pumping and Spreading Plan.
